1988 – 2010: McDonald Stevens Associates (MSA) and MSA Environmental Ltd, Founder, Director and Managing Partner, responsible for start-up and management of this specialist environmental consultancy company for 22 years
1986 – 1988: International Biochemicals Ltd, European Product Manager, WWT Division, responsible for c. 35% yearly growth in the biggest sector of this Royal Dutch Shell company’s business in the industrial wastewater treatment sector
1978 – 1986: Express Dairy UK Ltd, Group Effluent Services Manager, reporting at Board level on effluent treatment and wastage issues for the all the UK companies sites (30+), including secondment to other parts of Grand Met e.g. brewers and distillers
